All the Candidates should take a note of following points 
1. This is a provisional merit list for FY B.Tech admission AY 2024-25
2. If the candidates having any grievance regarding state general merit number, Category, Special Reservations (Orphan, Defence, PWD, no fees payment etc.)are required to submit the grievance during scheduled time for grievance.
3. Grievance raised beyond scheduled time will not be considered.
4. Candidates who fails to produce submission of valid registration fee receipts are not allowed to attend this round.

 

 

The Institute announces ‘On the Spot Counseling Round’ of admission to the various courses for filling probable Vacant Seats after CAP-III round, for the academic year 2024-2025.

Eligibility

1) Only those candidates, who have registered through CET portal and verified their Applications by Scrutiny Centre (SC), are eligible to apply through online mode in order to participate in the Institute Level Spot Round.

Instructions

1) Registration through online application is mandatory. The eligible candidates need to apply only in online mode through Google Form.

2) Candidate should attend on the spot round as per the Schedule with all the original documents. 

3) In case he/she has submitted the document to other institute, where he/she got admission through CAP round; he/she should carry the original receipt of admission and the original document submitted receipt.

4) The candidate who get admission to this institute will have to pay fees as per fees structure for every Academic Year.

5) Applicant must carry the registered mobile no.

6) Only online registered (institute merit) candidate can attend the “On the spot admission round”.

7) The stages of on the spot admission round will be conducted as per guidelines given in the STATE CET CELL information brochure 2024-25 (Rule No.13) 

8) These admissions will be made strictly in the order of inter-se merit amongst the candidates who report in person for admission to SGGSIE&T, Nanded against the seats available in various branches at that moment. The vacancy position after CAP-III will be displayed on institute website.

9) Confirmation of the allotted seat to the candidate is subject to the submission of the requisite Institute admission fees by Online/ cash / Demand Draft in favor of “Director, Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering & Technology, Vishnupuri” payable at Nanded (refer fee structure on institute website).

10) Registration Fees for Spot Round: Rs. 1000/- (Non Refundable and non-transferable)

11) The vacancy position after CAP-III will be displayed on institute website. Vacancy may change due to cancellations and branch change during Counseling Round.
