A formal feedback of faculty is taken once after Mid semester and one at the end semester on Moodle. The same is shared with individual faculty, Heads and the Director.
Based on the feedback the expected improvement is communicated to faculty and the faculty with best feedback is felicitated in the department.
All Govt approved faculty as per Govt of Maharashtra is expected to fill the performance appraisal form at the end of the year, all guidelines are obeyed as per GoM.
